Recent CVP Presentations – Future technologies
The CVP presents events throughout the year to promote information sharing and networking. Details of the issues to covered in forthcoming events, as well as those raised at recent seminars, are shown below.

CVP Seminar 6th Dec 2012
Our CVP seminar in December focused on telematic and data systems to help optimise fleet use and provided an update on some of the latest initiatives on future vehicle fuels.
In the first session we heard from F16 Consulting on what telematic systems are currently available. We also had a presentation of HAL's vision for a common approach to the deployment of telematics across the airport and how STS is looking to integrate data systems to provide a fuel use and emissions tracking service.
In the second session we looked at some the the latest initiatives around alternative fuels. Environmental Fleet Solutions also presented a project to produce and use biodiesel from waste oils at the airport, and Cenex looked at industry experience with biomethane.
